Terms of Service
The service
EvalFrame provides AI-assisted technical interview practice (voice simulations, question generation, evaluations) and coding practice labs. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Free tier
- 30 AI interview requests per day — a shared budget covering question generation, scoring, follow-ups, and voice synthesis
- 30 minutes of live voice interviews per day
- 100 AI code reviews per day
- Access to all practice problems and the code execution sandbox
Pro subscription & capacity
Pro costs €5.00/month or €45.00/year (VAT included where applicable) and unlocks generous daily capacity: 4 hours of live voice interviews, 300 AI interview sessions, 500 AI code reviews, extended 30-minute live sessions, and 200 saved sessions.
These are fair-use ceilings designed to be far beyond normal human use; they protect service capacity and prevent automated abuse. Burst rate limits (requests per minute) apply to all accounts.
Cancellation, withdrawal & refunds
- Cancel any time with one click via the Stripe billing portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges occur.
- EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Because Pro is a digital service consumed immediately, access starts on purchase; if you withdraw within 14 days of the initial payment, contact us and we will refund you.
- Beyond that, we handle genuine dissatisfaction case by case — email us within 14 days of a charge and we will review a goodwill refund.
Acceptable use
- No automated, scripted, or bulk access to the AI endpoints (rate and quota limits are enforced).
- No reselling or redistributing access, and no use of the service to train competing AI systems via bulk extraction.
- No unlawful content in custom roles or answers.
- Accounts that abuse the service may be throttled or suspended; you will be notified where practicable.
AI content disclaimer
Questions, evaluations, scores, and coaching hints are generated by AI systems. They are practice tools and estimates — not professional, legal, medical, or career advice. Do not rely on them as guarantees of hiring outcomes.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you create (answers, code). We retain all rights to the platform, brand, and generated infrastructure. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to operate the service.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, or personal injury).
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
